'Your smile lit up my world...'


A girl with (h/c) hair sat in the middle of her bed. Her hair was tied back in a tight pony ail and she was resting her elbow on her knee and supporting her head with her hand as she read a book. She sighed a couple time and squinted before sighing again and looking around her room, trying to avoid her book. Her (e/c) eyes found their way over to her desk and a tiny smile formed on her lips as she scanned the pictures of herself and her boyfriend. He was smiling in all of them, which wasn't many as there were only three tapped down one side of her mirror. Only the good ones get to be tapped up and those were the ones where Allistor, the man she loved, was smiling. She quickly shook her head and turned back to her book, but she only got in a small amount of reading in before she was interrupted.

"Hey _____," Allistor whispered as he snaked his arms around her waist. "Why are you holed up in here?

_____ let out a heavy sigh. "I'm trying to read."

He rested his head on ____'s shoulder. "Oh, what are you reading?"

She groaned. "Chemistry homework." She held up her book for Allistor to see. "Do you understand any of it?"

Allistor blinked in confusion and opted to burry his noise in the crook of _____'s neck. "What are you learning about?"

"We're learning about the Modern Atomic Theory." She told him as she flipped through some of the pages.

Allistor sighed and detached himself from _____ and sat next to her on the bed. "I have no idea what that is."

"What great help, Allistor." She said sarcastically.

"I do what I can love." Allistor said cheekily before he kissed ____ softly on the lips.

"Gingie, why are you never any help?" _____ teased, a small smile playing on her lips.

"That's harsh. Gingie is so rude; I much prefer Ginger, it has a nicer ring to it." Allistor said with a grin plastered on his face.

_____ put her hand up to her mouth and giggled. "Ginger," She ruffled Allistor's already messy red hair. "Did you sleep through your Chemistry class again?"

He smiled smugly. "Maybe."

____ sighed and playfully hit his shoulder. "Idiot."

'And you knew how to get me to smile..'


Allistor sighed and took another swig of his drink. "I really just want a break from all this school stuff. It's a pain."

Dylan sighed. "You only have until the end of this year before you're out of school."

Allistor shook his head. "It doesn't matter, it seems like everything has slowed to a crawl lately. It's bothersome."

"Even things with _____?" Dylan asked with one eyebrow raised.

Allistor finished his glass before he answered. "No of course not. In fact, I wish we had more time to spend together. She's always studying for whatever test she has in one of the many classes she's in."

"Maybe you should be studying too." Dylan offered.

"Maybe I can pass with good marks without studying." Allistor retorted.

"Oh please, you don't all the time and besides, I've seen you with your adorable glasses on and huddled in the corner of your room studying." A voice that wasn't Dylan's said as two arms were wrapped around Allistor's shoulders. "I think it's cute, your little I'm a bad boy exterior."

Allistor rolled his eyes and grabbed one of the arms and pulled the person it was attached to around the bench. "______, you're horrible. Really horrible."

_____ sat down next to him. "I'm not." She smiled at Dylan and gave him a small smile. "Hello."

Dylan returned the smile. "Hi," he then turned his attention to his older brother. "So you do study. How about that."

Allistor scoffed. "I don't do it all the time. Only when it's important."

_____ laughed. "Oh god, you really are something."

Allistor narrowed his eyes at her. "What are you going on about?"

She only smiled and shook her head. "Hey Dylan, do you think you could run a grab me a drink please?"

Dyland nodded and stood. "Yeah"

"Thanks," ____ yelled after him as he left.

"You didn't tell him what you wanted." Allistor pointed out.

_____ smiled. "I know, I'm sure he'll find something that I'll like."
Allistor sighed. "Why did you tell him that?"

_____ giggled softly. "Because he's your brother and I felt like he'd nag you to death. My sister nags me to no end, even when we talk on the phone it's be safe that or don't rush into things headlong or remember to study."

"But you do study, all the time." Allistor said as he reached over and grabbed her hand.

She sighed and rested her head on his shoulder. "I know, I don't want to let her down. She is my big sister after all." ____ sighed again. "Sometimes I wish I was the oldest of my family. It'd be so much easier."

Allistor shook his head slightly. "You don't. It's a hassle and very annoying at times."

____ looked up at him. "Oh it is now?"

Allistor sighed. "Yeah."

_____ lifted her head off of Allistor's shoulder and looked him in the eyes. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah, why?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.

"You just seem..... off. I don't know." ____ said as she ran a hand through her hair.

"I'm fine, I promise. Maybe a little stressed, but fine." Alistor reassured her.

____ placed a hand on Allistor's shoulder and kissed him softly on this lips. When she pulled apart she rested her head on Allistor's forehead. "You can tell me anything you know."

Allistor let a smile find home on his face and he kissed _____ again. "I know."

'You were perfect in everyway....'


"Oh my God!" _____ squealed happily as she walked into her room, a phone in her hand. "Allistor guess what!"

Allistor raised an eyebrow at her. "Chicken butt?"

____ pouted slightly and placed the phone back on it's charger. "No, my big sister is getting married."

"Oh that's great." Allistor said with detached interest.

____ sighed and tackled Allistor, much to his alarm, and caused the both of them to fall on her bed. She laughed slightly. "She told me I could bring you along with me. You get to meet my family."

Allistor groaned, but was smiling. "Does that mean we are going to have to trudge all the way to America?"

_____ stuck out her tongue. "I trudged all the way to the UK, did I not?"

Allistor jabbed her side making ____ squeal again. "Oh calm down, I'm excited that I get the chance to meet them."

"You're horrible." ____ pointed out.

"Oh, I am now?" Allistor said with a smirk.

"Yes"

Allistor flipped ____ over so that he was on top of her. "I'm fully capable of being even more horrible."

____ blushed and hid her face with her hands. "You don't need to be."

Allistor smirked and removed ____'s hands from her face. "Oh shhh," he leaned down and kissed ____ on the lips. It wasn't one of those 'oh I'll see you in five minutes' kisses, no this one was more passionate and screamed 'I want you'. Allistor pulled away after awhile and kissed down _____'s jaw line and down to her neck.  "I love you." He whispered into the crook of her neck.

____'s face was bright red, but she smiled at his words. "I love you too."

Allistor looked up at ____ and smiled. "Promise you'll never leave?"

____ smiled back at him. "Only if you do."

"Deal" Allistor said before his kissed ____ again.

'So what happened to forever...?'


Allistor knelt by a grave, his brothers, Arthur, Dylan, and Cailean, were standing behind him. Everyone was quiet except for Allistor, who was whispering to himself.

"You're smile lit up my world and you knew how to get me to smile. You were perfect in everyway..." Allistor held back a sob. "So what happened to forever...?"

Dylan made to comfort his brother, but Arthur placed and hand on Dylan's should her shook his head. Dylan let a quiet sigh escape his lips.

Allistor took a shaky breath and placed a small bundle of forget me nots, _____'s favorite flower, on the grave. "Happy birthday _____ .... I'll always love you..."
